From June 14th to 16th, 2023, an international conference is set to take place at the venue of the Carl Friedrich von Siemens Foundation.

The conference is organised by the International Doctorate Programme “Philology. Practices of premodern cultures, global perspectives, and future concepts”. The conference topic is “Beyond Comparison. Towards a Connected Philology”. Accordingly, it focuses on textual, human, cross-cultural, linguistic, as well as historic connections, to help transcend national conceptions of philology.
